Question about selling ammo as components

I had some ammo that I reloaded but no longer have a 40cal. I bought some wolf primers off hear awhile back. I guess they were a bad lot. Because all 1k rounds won't ignite. I have rounds with primer strikes but no ignition. I loaded all rounds with pocessed brass, hp38, 180gr Speer gold dots. Would there be any issues selling this as components ONLY?

i think he means selling them whole but listing as only components... ive seen people do it before, they CLEARLY listed that they were selling as components and not as ammunition... so buyer assumed all risks.
Selling lots of Pistol brass, lots of 38 and 44 mag!

Okay..... I mean literally they don't shoot. I've tried all guns and primers were all no good. I remember some older wolf primers had issues.

The only thing I would do is write up a paper saying they are for reloading components only have the buyer sign it. Gets you in the clear should something happen.

I've bought reloads before to pull down. I'd be very dam sure you made it very clear to the buyer, though.

I'm going to guess the primers aren't fully seated (Wolf are known for being hard) or somebody's been doing spring replacements on their pistol.

I agree with them probably not fully seated.
