    RCBS Great customer service

I bought a RCBS PRO2000 in December of 2012 ...brought it home and it sat until a month ago or so. It pretty much took that long to build up a substantial amount of 223 components, to where I was ready to sit down and crank out some ammo. In the meantime, I was able to keep my habit going loading 7LRM on my rock chucker...as precise as possible

I opened the box, eventually to find that I was MISSING the shell plate assembly!!! When I bought it, the box had been opened, but the sales guy said he had opened it to show a customer the unit and that. It was all there.....well it wasn't "all there"

I called customer service, wednesday, told the guy my story and I got home this afternoon to find a RCBS box at my front door....opened it up and everything was there.....that means, he boxed it and shipped it same day! He never questioned if I had lost it etc etc.....no asking about receipts anything...bam ...I have it.

In this day and age......that is very rare. Everything I have ever bought from them has been top quality ...no issues ...

Just thought I'd pass my story along......looks like ill be staring at green for many hours, days, months, years to come......

Ditto on Great Customer Service at RCBS!
I bought a RCBS .45acp Carbide Die Set from a Cal-Gunner awhile back and just started to read the instructions to start my 1st .45acp reloading.

Turns-out the Expander Die came with just the body with all the internals missing. I forgot the name of the guy in Rocklin that I bought it from. (Grrr)
(I also bought a .380 Die set at the same time from him with missing parts that he went and met me a 2nd time to correct).

I called RCBS Customer Service and explained the situation and though I bought it used, the customer rep got the Ok from his supervisor to send me a replacement at no charge. Looking forward to receiving so I can start reloading.

This exact thread is repeated every month or so on these threads. Not that there is anything wrong with that, I have had some astounding service from RCBS over the years, astounding.

        Buy RCBS with confidence.

Yup. Have a reloader conversion unit passed from my dad 20 years. Broke a part. RCBS replaced the parts with no questions. I thought they don't make the parts any more but they do. CS even thank me for being a loyal customer. After that I have been an RCBS reloader for life.

I find green pleasing to the eyes after spending hours in front of it. But that's just me.
