Now measure the OAL of a whole box of bullets.
That will give you an idea when you can expect to see in OAL variations of loaded ammo using those same bullets.

Then measure through that box with a bullet comparator.
I think you will find that the base to ogive dimensions are MUCH more consistent than the base to tip dimensions throughout a box of bullets.

Pick a powder that measures consistently.
Set the first 5-10 rounds aside from each time you start a loading session.
These will not be as consistent because the powder settles in the measure with time/vibration.
Don't have anything else running on your bench that will cause powder settling while you are loading.
Work on your consistency of charging by just throwing a bunch of charges and weighing them.
Try different methods like double bumping the press handle to settle the powder in the measure each time.
      Try different measures.
Keep doing this work until you get your charge variations down as low as possible.
Tried like everything mentioned above.... couldn't get my setup to do RL15 consistantly.... even Dillon agrees that ball powder maybe the way to go.... but I seems to want to use RL15/Varget rather than Ramshot TAC....

With extruded powder, it is not consistant, some powder can cut....

Also, it is difficult to apply consistant upward pressure, since, the sizing and seating may requires different force.... unless, I am not doing seating and sizing with the throwing of powder.... if that's the case, then it is NOT a progressive, it is just using a progressive as a single stage press....

Sizing as a separate operation is the biggest thing you can do for consistency.
I size off the press and then prime/charge/seat in a progressive manner.
If your brass is consistent, your seating pressure will be consistent.
The sizing is what makes the press shake the bench.

I really wanna know HOW they do it.....

And I do agree with you that, sizing is making everything inconsistant!

+1 on what Randalll stated. Prep your brass first. I clean, size & trim all my brass. Than when I reload I just dump them in the case feeder. First station on the Dillon is a decapping die to make sure nothing is in the flash hole. Hardly any pressure required to operate the ram!
