I placed an order for some gunpowder that was instock on 3/31/13.
I got a confirmation email immediately but my credit card was never charge. I checked their website and they are behind on shipping out orders but I was wondering if they charge your credit card when it ships or did something go wrong?
Anyone know Oakland, CA's policy on shipping gunpowder? I know I can't get ammo shipped to me, it wouldn't surprise me if I couldn't get gunpowder too. I couldn't find any info on google or here.

PV charges your card when they ship (or these days when they release your order to ship which is a few days before it actually ships, but essentially when they ship).

I live in SF and few will ship ammo to me, but everyone ships components to me, at least for the time being. You should be fine, should be about 3-4 weeks.

I ordered an 8# keg of CFE-223 in January and it took three weeks to ship. They charged my CC when they processed and shipped my order.

I ordered 14# of three different powders on Feb 14th. As per there home page, they shipped to arrive last week. Great company to work with. That was my 5th order and the sixth is in line now.
