    Is This Safe To Shoot?

So a friend of mine gave me about a thousand rounds of this 22 ammo and i just want to know if its safe to shoot. I believe it has corroded from not being stored correctly. The bullets are covered in a white powder and I dont think theres any wax left on the bullets. I wasn't planning on shooting them but since 22 ammo is hard to come by now I want to see if its safe. Any help will be appreciated.

If you can get them to chamber they will probably run ok.

That's just the remnants of the lube.

I'd run it in a revolver without a second thought. Might gag an auto-loader though.

Terribly dangerous. Send it to me for safe disposal. You're welcome.

              Awesome looking box btw.

Ya I do have a tumbler I guess ill throw a couple in there to try. I always thought it wasn't a good idea tumbling live rounds thats why I didn't try it.

Just shoot it, worst case is it doesn't cycle your gun.

I would consider yanking a couple of the bullets to see the condition of the powder. If it looks OK, shoot it.
