    CCI small pistol /rifle

I just bought 1K of small pistol and small rifle primers at
La Mesa Collectables...kind of on the pricey side but cheap when you don't have any.
The staff was great and more than helpful ..

They should be friendly at that price.
A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.

For 1,000 I assume. I have seen private parties advertising that much for 500.

I would take Wolf SRM over Winchester SR, even if Wolf cost more.

I think people make too much of a deal on primer cost. Even at $55 per 1K it is still the cheapest component in making ammo. If you load 223 at 25gr and get 1# powder for $30, that's $0.105 per round. $55 per 1K primers comes out to $0.055 per round.
