Will it work or get a 380 Die?

You will need a 380 die.

    While a 9mm is 9x19 and 380 is 9x17 the 9mm has a gradual taper while a 380 is a straight wall case.
I will share my opinion and my load data, BUT I am just a guy with too many cigars and too many guns. Whatever I say is probably wrong.

I learn something new here everyday. I would have guessed the crimp die would have worked if screwed down far enough, thanks.

You are right when it comes to belling seating and crimping the same dies can be used. You do need a different resizing die though. I should have been more clear.

Yes, I knew the sizing die wouldn't work, probably anyone who has had a 380 hitchhiker in his 9mm range pickup has felt that difference.

It was just new news that the crimper wouldn't, so I guess I didn't learn anything today yet...
