I happened to see it when they had 89 cases left. Ordered mine and just watched. I figured it would be gone in minutes. I took a lot longer than I thought...over an hour so I posted it to help them along.....

DHS has just placed another request for 360,000 40 cal, 165 gr HP. To be delivered to a "training facility" in New Mexico. Bid request was put out by GSA. See below.
