in the past month i have broke 2 parts when cleaning my 650 (my fault)
go to web sit they have a section to order warranty parts fill it in put down the parts name and there part number. Download the manual from ther site if you need it to look up part number.

I did this twice last month parts came in 10-12 days one was backorderd and came a few days latter.

No email reply or anything parts just came.

Broke another (my last one) plastic shoulder washer on the 550B powder rod return safety thing/guide/whatever it's called a couple weeks ago. Took about 30min for the phone to pick up.

Didn't have any info in front of me, just told em what the part was, gave em my name and new ones came in the mail a few days later.

Dillon rocks!!

I don't owen Dillon press, i purchase a hornady LNL, first time i set it up, i broke one of the turret pawls, i called Hornady the next day explain my situation with a tech rep, they send me out two new pawls free of charge,plus the tech rep told me how to set the timming of the pawls. ive loaded about 5000 rnd now with no problem. Hornady service awesome and i love my press.

So I have a Dillon 550B that is broken. Note I also have a Hornady LnL AP.
Not impressed with Dillon's customer service. NO BS Warranty! Only if they answer the phone. So My Lnl is running again and my 550 is still down.

Hey Bronco...After using your LNL, the Dillon must seem pretty primitive.
