It shoots fine, it can be dirty, it is not match ammo by far.

if you don't know it is steel cased no reload-able brass

Anything you can get your hands on right now is worth buying if you have no other choice

$16 for 50 is non panic pricing

I will share my opinion and my load data, BUT I am just a guy with too many cigars and too many guns. Whatever I say is probably wrong.

It's cheap and dirty, like a good woman! Runs fine in my guns...

As mentioned they shot ok, and based on todays prices it a fair price.

I would buy a box just to have 50 rounds sitting around in case you need it.

Pre-panic was of course better since that same $20 would get you reloadable cases, if you cared about that.

If you don't reload, then it's a decent price today. Even pre-panic it's a decent price if you don't care about brass for reloading.

For me, as a reloader, when I consider buying a box of ammo (50 rnds) I always subtract about $5 from the price knowing I'd recover the brass.

Bear in mind, some ranges don't allow Tula or Wolf.
