Check the Hodgkins website. I'm too lazy to walk out to the Garage..
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.

If you look in the back of many loading manuals they have a burn rate chart for powders, find the closest to what you have and work up from min charge to max, never max at first. What model 303, some powders are just not suited for some bullets in certain weapons. I would caution you though that this can be a long and potentialy dangerous task. If you only have a small amount of powder see if you can trade for somthing else.

I just checked the Hornady 3rd edition and they list imr 4350 for that bullet. They list a min of 42.8 gr up to 48.0 grain the velocity is not great but it is safe. This is for a .312 bullet which most 303 need.

You must be new if you don't have a reloader manual or 5

i'd run about 45 or so grains. my dad runs 46.5 of IMR4350 under a 180 gr so start at 45 and work up with the 150s you should be fine. and buy some manuals, you can never have enough. i started with sierra, then got hornady, lyman, speer, etc. if you can find the older ones you're better off if you plan to reload for weird crap like .303. most of the newer manuals don't really touch on old milsurp calibers. i reload for almost a dozen of them so i've tailored my manual selection in kind. bought manuals from the 60s that have stuff like 7.35 carcano. good luck and good reloading!

I haven't loaded 4350 in the 303 yet, but I've had good results with H4350 in my 30-06. I wonder if you'll run out of case capacity, though? If so, you might be forced to use a heavier bullet if you are unable to switch to a more suitable powder such as H4895 or H335.

I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.

I shoot a no 5 jungle carbine and it loves the 200 grain bullet. If you can get some heavier bullets that powder will work better for you.
