    Ammo Cans and Proper Storage

Looking for recommendations on a good ammo can and proper techniques in storing ammo. Thanks!

as far as the ammo can goes just make sure the gasket is still good and air tight. you can get new ones for around $18

remember that a full 50 cal ammo can may be really heavy if you plan to move or travel with it, if this concerns you 30 cal cans may be the way to go.
I will share my opinion and my load data, BUT I am just a guy with too many cigars and too many guns. Whatever I say is probably wrong.

I really like the cans from Cabelas. I have several.

are you talking the metal or plastic ones? I have a few of there 30 cal size plastic ones, I take one to the range every time I go but I wouldn't store long term because at least on mine the rubber seal isn't actually air tight.

Plastic ones. I keep a dessicant pack in there. It's worked for me, but my ammo stock turns over pretty frequently.

I like the sealed plastic ammo cans. Pick them up at ammo bros for about $10
