      I just shot some work ups with Unique for my Rossi 357 rifle with 20" barrel 158gn lrfn with 6 grn and it shot very well and in 38 special i used 5.1 and great results, Steve

        I think for the 158's I would stick with Unique and HP38, for the lighter you can use all four reasonably well. As you surmise the slower powders like h110 will yield much more velocity.

          a lot of places still currently have the powder that i have been using for my .357 mag and that is alliant herco
