Who makes the softest 223 brass?

Is there is list of which brass is hardest and which is softest? I have a match bull barrel on my AR that just hates Winchester brass. It is always bending the rim back just enough to slip over the extractor and get the case stuck in the chamber. I need to lightly tap the case out with a cleaning rod every time it happens. I've tried 3 different extractors and they all do the same thing. Its just a tight barrel. The barrel loves LC brass which makes sense because its one of the hardest.
