7.62 fired brass stuck in my Savage 10 308

I usually shoot Lapua or Win 308 brass in my Savage 10 308. I wanted to try some cheaper brass to see what happens and loaded some CBC (I'm assuming it's 7.62) I full length resized it and it chambered fine. Shot fine too, but I could not pull the bolt back. Had to tap it out with a cleaning rod. The brass measured the same as my spent 308. Why would it get stuck? Shoulder movement?

CBC is MagTech, Brazilian I believe.

Well, what did you measure? Case length?

You probably didn't bump your shoulder down far enough on that one if case length is fine...2.005" +/- .010".

I measured length and neck diameter and both matched my lapua (this is all after firing). For the shoulder, I did an FL resize until the die bottomed out. Could different brass react differently inside the chamber when fired?

Possible to hot of a charge. Maybe inside case capacity is different causing higher pressure, back the charge of a bit and see if its fixed.

I've been shooting the same stuff(turners CBC 50 round value pack) in my savage 308, I haven't had a problem with it yet, even with the ones I reloaded (used a fl die)
You kick a donkey enough and it will bite you. Yep its on the net look it up.
