        No magic number off load data, you must work up to it. I will say that books have been lawyered up..

            +p is typically a max book load, but all books are different

            +p+ is typically a max book load plus a smidgeon.

            You can usually figure on a commercial +p load to have been set by a mfgr to be at or near max SAAMI CUP pressure for that caliber in "their" test barrel.

            If you load till primer flows and back off a hair you will have a homebrew +p and a +p+ if you leave it where primer flows.

              In reality 2 or 3 cents of powder per case is the only diffrence between between Standard and +P loads in most cartridges. Yet to buy +P ammo at the store you would thnk that are filling the cases with gold dust.
