Wrong Rifle Bullets ??

Just got my order of bullets for reloading from Natchez. Discovered one of the boxes to be .308 dia 30-30 cal. I was intending to use the bullets for my m1 garand. H
as anyone used 150 grain flat nose bullets in a m1 garand ? or maybe I can use them in my K31 or should I just return them ?

You can use them with no problem. Just use the data for any jacketed 150 grain bullet.

I would go ahead and use them, I once used some 130 grain and got decent results.

Your OAL will be a little shorter, but they should work just fine. Just be sure to use a garand friendly recipe so you don't risk benting your OP rod.

I have 500 of the Rem 30-30 150gr bullets and have been using them in several M1Garands with no trouble.
I also loaded them up in some very mild 30-06 round for a friends young son to hunt with. They are perfect for that since they were designed to expand at lower speeds than a normal 150gr bullets for a 30-06.
