Where did all the primers go???

Looking for primers and they are as extinct as dinosaurs. Anyone know where I can find some large rifle primers?

Well, I dont have the link but some sources said that Primers are going to loaded ammo first from Federal, Winchester, Tula, CCI,. etc.

All the hoarders/grabbers bought what was out there and like colt562 said the manufacturers are only trickling them out due to high internal consumption.

PV still has some Tula Magnum LRP in stock. They work remarkable well.

The bad news is they are a month behind shipping.

Sinclair has them on back order. Wonder who will be quicker.

I can say with a fair amount of certainty PV isn't going to improve on their shipment forecast on their home page. I placed an order at the end of January and watching the updates on the homepage, sense they are going to ship first week in March, just like they promised when I ordered it.

I'm still waiting on my XL 650 to ship from Dillon. Forced to use my single stage.

Look on the bright side, when you do find some primers, you won't use them up as fast...

Homeland Security committed to a 1.6 billion bullet purchase in NATO calibers over the next few years. To maintain their ability to compete on the bids and delivery times I'm sure the manufacturers are stockpiling current inventory .

Not a bad deal if you signup with that club visa you can get $5 shipping and $20 bucks, which will offset the $20 hazmat Cabela's charges.
