I tried searching to find a spread sheet that could log and calculate load performance. I didn't find anything that I could easily use on my iPad or iPhone so I ended up making a simple sheet. Of course this is meant for people using a Chronograph.
Once bullet weight and velocity is entered, it will give you, ave velocity, min.,max, max spread, std dev., energy, ave energy and number of shoots in string. Also saves conditions and basic load data.

Usually, I just bring my iPad, but paper works too. I pre-enter the round data, then I enter conditions from from my meter. While shooting, only record the velocity, the rest is done by the sheet.
BTW My chrony occasionally burps if somebody with a braked big round parks next to me. This way I don't get false averages of need to delete shots. Also, I like that all data stays in my computer and iPad.
