They have Primers at Oaktree...

Was out at Oaktree, playing with my new Rossi Ranch Hand and afterwards I walked into the reloading shop. 1st off, I have been going to Oaktree now since October of last year and never knew they had a separate reloading shop at all.

Well to make a long story short...

For anyone looking for CCI #300 Primers (Large Pistol Primers), they had a few cases in-stock yesterday (1 less by the time I left) and they had a single Dillon 550B in-stock (on display) for sale! The primers we on the expensive side ($36.00) but they had them. I asked about CCI #500 (Small Pistol Primers) but they did not have any and had no idea when anything will be coming in.

$36 seems pretty good actually. I happened to be in Merced yesterday and stopped by a local range. They had some CCI BR2's I was interested in, $64/1000. BR2's are more expensive than standard primers, I just haven't paid that much more, kind of like paying Hazmat on 1K worth of primers...

I pay about that per thousand locally too. Yes online is cheaper but has mat shipping will even it out unless you buy a lot more
