Setting up the Dillion 550

When we load the first primer it goes perfect. But the second primer falls below the white pin. Ill look into that white pin and see why it's not holding the second primer in place.

Sounds like the red or blue insert is not properly keyed into the primer housing.
It drops down until the red or blue tip is right over the white pin.
Loosen the knurled cap and rotate the primer feed tube until it drops down.
