unless licsensed and insured you cannot legally sell reloads . you can pull the bullets and sell the components . or you can even give them away but you cannot sell them .

The reason I ask because I sold couple of my AR and I have some reload ammo laying around, can I sell them or will people interested? I'm not trying to make profit but i just have no use of the ammo.
manufacturing ammo without a license. Pertains to new components for retail sale. I have given ammo away with the sale of a gun
If someone I know gives me their brass I can reload for them. You do have significant liability issues. They had better be your brother

Nonsense, there is no law against selling reloaded ammo -- You can not legally reload ammo for sale without a license --
You buy legally reloaded ammo at a show, you can certainly sell that same ammo at a later time.
All said, if the ammo is not boxed/bagged with idenification as to reloader and specs., it is probably smart to sell it as components and priced accordingly.

              Sell them for as components...

Put a disclaimer that the reloads are for component only and you are not responsible for damage/injury. Maybe even have the buyer sign a affidavit?

With the recent drought on component, I am sure someone will pick them up?!

Yup, if it was reloaded or loaded by a licensed ammunition (06FFL) or firearms manufacturer (07FFL), you can sell it.
