Does anyone have any experience with "Precision Bullets"?

With the way prices have been going, I'm thinking of going to non-jacketed pistol bullets. Never shot them for fear of leading. I've seen moly-coated lead is supposed to stay pretty clean, then recently ran into these. Claims are pretty good, but you know how "claims" can be.

Anyone have any experience using them?

I've shoot thousands of rounds of my own "wheel weight" cast .45acps, 9mm and .38s without having any leading problems. If I try to push them too fast, I do have some leading but, so what. It just makes me clean my gun evry 500 or so rounds.

I've been using Precision Bullets 200gr SWC in .451 for nearly 4 years now. I also use their 180gr FP in .400 for .40S&W.

          Thanks for the feedback guys.

CSACANNONEER, where do you source your wheel weights? (obviously from tire stores, but most I've spoken to have contracts in place to buy back the old weights).

          Thx...

It's getting harder to find them. Try small, independent shops. Of course, WTSHTF, I've got a nieghborhood full of cars around here.

You crack me up! I imagine a post-apocalyptic world with uneven tire wear due to unbalanced tires! LOL
              Thanks for the advice.....

What is it about the SHTF scenario that brings out the best in people:

I've used them for years. I know the owner, David Long, personally. A great guy and a great product. Its not a moly coat....its actually a hard coating. Also, no bullet lube .....no smoke. Give 'em a try....you won't be disapointed.
