I think right now every place is backed up on shipping 3-6 weeks.

Just checked and they have "paused" taking orders to catch up on shipping. They assure all that if you placed an order you will receive it, just be patient. I ordered 1/24 and expect it to arrive the first half of March. Oh, and it has not been billed to my card. I think they originally put a hold against my card but have released it since. I wouldn't fret about their viability, they have more business than they can handle at the moment, but they aren't going to spend the money to double production for this bubble - which is what it is.

Here's how it works. *anyplace* that has back shipping is *guessing* when they'll get it out to you.

Don't get butthurt when their guess turns out to be wrong.

You take what you get, when you get it, in times like these.

I can't believe I even have to say this to grown men.

I'm a professional photographer and if i tell a client i will deliver photos on a certain day, i do it. If i couldn't do it, i wouldn't have promised them.

If their website and voice mail says it ships in 10 days, they should have done it too.

Mind if I ask what shipping came out to?

Not trying to defend anyone but the industry was taken by surprise once again. How can anyone anticipate a 200++% increase in demand in such a short time. Obviously they fell way short on being able to deliver. Ya it sucks if your the one waiting for the order to be delivered. If you are unhappy with the service you can usually go elsewhere and get what you want. Unfortunately these circumstances are very unusual and every vendor is experiencing the delays and/or shortages. Comparing your photography business to a commodity like this is not going to cut it. I am sure that Xtreme did not set out deliberately to deceive its customers. They were just caught in the same frenzy everyone else is in. There is no point in faulting them or anyone else besides those that are fueling the frenzy. Its basic supply and demand. It still sucks for those left wanting their stuff as everyone is finding out. Either wait it out patiently or get lots of heartburn and wait anyway. It sucks either way at least being patient will not hurt as much.

Yep, what he said! Your not the only one wanting your stuff and I feel your pain, but I don't think anything less of extreme bullets. It's not their fault, blame it on the frenzy, many are struggling.
