    What is primer flow? I don't trust the others on the internets, I would rather read it here. I do not think that I ever read about Primer flow. It sounds like something that happens once a month for five days though.

    Is that where the primer flattens up and kinda expands before pushing out (thus a sign of pressure).

    And how could a light load do this? I make light loads in .45 and all they do is not cycle or eject the case. BUT 4.0 gr of WST pushing a 230gr rn plated will make the case pop out but not eject and thus give you a jam on the way back to the chamber.

    Yes it was lower than the guage... That may be the problem then???

    How did you check it with the case gauge?
    When you pushed the sized brass into the gauge, was the head lower than the end of the gauge?
    I'm with the others here - most likely sized too much - shoulder set back too far. Could be an oversize chamber, but the most common is shoulder set back.

    I would get my hands on some factory loads and see if the same thing happens. Make sure its not mil brass with crimped/sealed primers. Need to start separating gun problems from reload issues. Rg1 good explanation!

    Brass was processed on a 1050 with dillon full length die

    Andthe gun is brand new... Those were the first rounds shot threw it.. How does the ejector get stuck? It still pulled shells out and ejected them

    Might be a stuck ejector. The case would get stopped, but the primer could move back.

    You have to be pushing the shoulder back too much. Looks like about .006 " too much shoulder setback when sizing. You need a case headspace gauge such as the RCBS Precision Mic or Hornady's headspace gauge set to measure the amount you push the shoulder back when sizing. With hot loads the brass will expand back and reseat the primer flush but with mild to mid range loads the case will stay forward in the chamber. The firing pin will push the case forward until the shoulder contacts the front of the chamber, case expands and grips the chamber and the primer is pushed back against the bolt the amount of excess headspace. Had a bad undersized shellholder many years ago for .223 and had primers backing out the exact amount the shellholder was short. Several good youtube videos on using the RCBS and Hornady headspace gauges found by searching Google for "using a Hornady Headspace gauge" or RCBS Precision Mic. Only thing is that your brass is oversized and will still measure short. Some simply take a fired case an adjust their sizing die down a little at a time until the bolt will just close with no resistance. Again you'd need cases that don't have the shoulder pushed back too far already.

    im very green to loading for bolt guns!!
    Doesn't really matter between bolt guns and semi so to say. But I am with gunner. It does not look like OP. It could even be a worn out PP and lose chamber.
