Who can do Brass Processing ?

Does anyone know someone or anyone that can take 223 brass, in bulk, And reprocess it so all I have to do is fill it with powder and seat a bullet in it?

I remember a thread about it somewhere, but can't locate it.

I would like someone in the Northern State.
