    .224 55gr bullets

Just wondering if anyone knows of a place I can get .224 55gr bullets at a reasonable price during this current state of panic. I'm just using it for plinking at the range.

    Thanks

Reasonable, not so much. Being most vendors won't get restocked until May or June, options are rather limited. Try this one:

Check midway periodically. Their dog town bullets are nice.

When were you at Bass Pro? recently? I was in there 12/30 and bought the last 3 boxes of .224 Hornady 55g. It was the only thing left in .224. They could have easily restocked by now, just curious.

Not to mention, that place is such a mad house most of the time. I don't even go in there unless I have to.

Lol, Bass Pro has NOTHING in the .224 variety. Everything is picked clean over there, but they did have a few Colt AR's on the wall yesterday at un-inflated prices. looked like 2 target models, and a Shrub Master.

Glad to help. Wait a minute...what was I thinking?!? I should have bought it all and resold it in the classifieds for $20/bullet.
