Yes except I don't see how Midway "miscalculated" a two year difference in backorder dates.

Midway changes the dates all the time. If you keep checking, they will be in stock before 2014. Hornady always has crazy backorder dates.

I have a .308 carrier that just got pushe back until the END OF June, yeah not happy.... Date said novemeber at one point.

Was OP around in 2008? This is what to expect until the frenzy is over sorry to say. Midway has no control over it. The ones to blame are the ones buying everything in sight because there is "a frenzy which means we must buy"!!

Based on my observations of 2008 bullets bounced back faster than primers/powder.
But this is way weirder than 2008 was.

On a side note, and not to rub salt in it, Hornady 75 gr HPBT is my favorite flavor of .223
I accidentally double ordered from grafs before this madness broke out, now I'm glad I made that little screw up. I ended up with double the Sierra 168 gr as well.

I have a place near me that has about 3000 Sierra 55gr blitzkriegs available at 93+ tax for 500, I just picked up some 75gr hornady hpbt today, get paid tomorrow, will probably get more

In their defense, Midway has shown these bullets "Out of Stock, No Backorder" for a while now. It's just that the estimated in-stock date keeps changing.

LOL Yeah I placed an order when they were supposed to ship a few weeks ago. Maybe my hopes to get anything before this summer were optomistic.
