I usually load my 223 with bl-c2 and cci450 primers under 55gr fmj. I can't find either in stock so I ordered a few pounds of tac because I have heard nothing buy good things about it. Any recommendations for primers?

I use CCI450. But you can also use any non magnum primer.
My backordered primers from Graf's just shipped. Took about 3-4 weeks. Glad I ordered bulk since I don't foresee component shortage getting any better.

I use no. 41 cci for 5.56
CCI no. 400 is just fine too. Pretty much any SPP, but I would avoid Federal because of the soft cup.se carga el diablo de la pistola...

Tac is an excellent powder for 223. It likes the heavier projectiles but 55gr works just fine. I run 25,6 with any sr primer I have.Comment
