Lymnan vs Rcbs case trimmer

Does anyone here know if the head for these two case trimmers are interchangable? I have a lyman and really not liking doing all the trim, chamfer and deburr and would like to get the RCBS 3way cutter that does all three. Any imput would be appreciated

I have the Lyman and had my gunsmith turn down the end to accept the Forster 3in1 cutter that chamfers and deburrs, it slips right on and tightens with set screws and still allows you to use the original Lyman cutter head if you want to switch between the two! Plus I got a drill on the crank side making trimming much easier!

well after some research.. the lyman is 7/16 x20 and the RCBS is 3/8x24
