Shouldn't be too hard to find. Bass Pro had some on sale a few months ago for less than that.

I bought some Winchester target loads for $47 per case (250 rounds) a couple months ago. I found the deal listed in the deals, sales, and coupons forum. There was no tax and shipping was free for orders over $100.

I haven't seen them that cheap again, but I am still working on those 4 cases, so I haven't looked much.
