231 is the fastest of the 4 so I would use 4.5g of that for about 850 fps. If you had Red Dot or Clays around, I would use that instead. It would bring the pressures up higher to prevent blowby around the case. 3.0g Clays would give you 800 fps and a recoil like a light 38 Special. I use 2.8g Clays under a 180g Lead TC bullet in my M&P 40 for a super light load that reliably cycles the gun. Make sure you wear a hat and eye protection because the cases eject only a couple of feet and can land on your head (hot, hot, hot).

I think Bullseye is actually the fastest on your list. I would give 4.5grs of BE a try, but rsrockets suggestion should work well too.

5.3gr W231 & 6.0gr Unique have both been super light, super accurate loads in my 10mm's with 180gr jacketed bullets.

I use 7.5gr Unique with 180gr 10mm JHPs. In fact, I use Unique for all my pistol reloading.

Yeah, I don't think that's much of a "puff" load
