Barnes "Green Bullets"....

Looks like Barnes has got some lead free's that aren't terribly expensive....still more than cheap lead plinking bullets, but not a totally unreasonable lead-free alternative in .22 and .308.... Something that I thought may be appropriate for some of us California shooters....

They also say they are frangible. Anyone have any experience?

No experience with these bullets but you can expect them to pretty much disintegrate when they hit something solid. The military used bullets of this type on the past for realistic fire for instance in gunnery training using armored aircraft as the target.
