    Reloading a SIAGA .223 problem.

It appears that every time I fire brass cased ammo out of it I get a dented shell, the extraction is so hard it will send the shell about 25 yards! and that is with factory ammo. Will going low solve the problem? How low? should I go below recommended pressures? Has anyone had this problem?
There are sniper everywhere and nowhere.....who knows what is out there.

Check the Saiga 12 forum.....the dented cases are pretty common....IIRC they are hitting the bolt handle.

They suggest adding a case deflector (I believe from a Galil if you don't want to make one yourself).

It's a pretty simple fix, but you're not alone. It seems most of the Saigas do it.....

You can down load a bit to help too. I had an old mini14 ranch rifle that sent the brass into the next county. Downloaded to starting loads, and even lower, and it helped quite a bit.
