Quick little shout out for Lee

I had a small piece break off my cast arm on my cheap press and used the e-mail form on their site with a picture on Friday night late. Press still worked, but...

Replacement part has shipped, no questions asked, free.

Good customer service needs to go recognized these days.

Good to know. Just bought all Lee stuff (Challenger kit and dies). I would have bought "Blue", but I like "green", as well.

Heard nothing but good things and American made, to boot.

Lee is good enough to make good ammo. It does the job...If you want a better quality system then you invest more. But Lee is all good in my opinion....especially the dies.

I have a Dillon RL550B and I love it to load 9mm, .40, and 10mm (same shell plate. I use the old faithful Rock Chucker to load .308 and 30-06. I have a RCBS Jr. set up as my Swager. Although I have all this equipment I have the Lee Classic turret loader set up for; 45acp, 32acp, 223, 44mag, 45LC, 38 spec., 357 mag, and .380. =)
        How do you travel...

being a collector of older rifles, especially old military rifles, nobody has been better to me than lee when it comes to equipment, namely dies. i bought the challenger kit and have since replaced some of the components, but the dies are what makes it. they make die sets for just about any caliber you can dream up and they don't cost a million dollars either. in fact, having bought dies for almost a dozen funky old calibers, i don't believe i've paid more than about 30 bucks for any given die set, including the 3-die sets with the factory crimp, which is awesome. also, as was said, their customer service is superb. the auto industry could take a lesson here, as well as many others.

woot woot. yeah there is a reason they have been around for so long. long live LEE Precision. Another great thing about LEE is that it helps people get started in reloading in the first place, affordable, good quality products that simply work.

hey as a side note, whatever happened to that new case trimmer they were planning on putting out a year or so ago, the one that fits on top of a single stage press with a crank handle, don't see or hear about it anymore.
