Makarov 9x18 ammo?

Hey guys,
I just got a Makarov 9mm, I am looking to buy some ammo (9x18) and I wanted to see if there is better ammo then others, what is a standard price and where is the best place to buy some. Thanks for your help guys.

I just get a case of Wolf, Brown or Silver Bear about once a year. I buy whichever has the cheapest current price. If prices are the same I'll buy Silver Bear because I think it's a bit cleaner. Silver Bear is also available in HP but it costs about $20/1000 more; I doubt it'll expand at 9x18 velocities but if it makes you feel better, go for it.

I'm at J&G several times a year -- they always have 9 Mak in stock.

Believe it or not, Turners actually has it occasionally. Not that I advocate shopping there, I'm just saying; in a pinch, it might be worth a stop into the store.

Otherwise, you might want to consider reloading! You can make Makarov out of Luger brass.
