    5.7x28

Why haven't other companies capitalized on manufacturing 5.7x28 ammo for the FNH weapons? Does FNH still have some patent?

The ammo is readily available but it's all made by FNH and the cheapest online or in stores is around $20+ a box of 50.

That's not so bad! Try buying any of the old WWII axis ammo (outside of 7.92) and you'll think that's a good deal!

I have a FiveseveN and I refuse to pay $.40 a round to shoot it when I can reload it for $.17

I agree with you. I'm just puzzled as to why other ammo manufactures haven't started producing the round to compete with FNH.
