      HUH????

      I use Berry's in 9mm, 40 and 45. I love them.
      Haven't tried Xtreme yet.

A good source is http://tjconevera.com/bullets.html They carry Berrys plated, X-treme plated and more. There prices are cheaper than buying direct from Berrys. Very reputable company, I've ordered many time from them.

            RE

I use xtreme in .38 and .45, they work good but I think the Berry's are a bit tougher. If I don't get the flare just right or the bullet square enough with the xtreme, the plating wads up on one side.

I have shot thousands of rounds in 223, 40, and 45 with Extremz. Great bullets and priced right.

fwiw I placed an order with freedom arms a week or two ago and they're running a few days or so behind getting orders shipped out on my bullets anyway.

I suspect most places are pretty busy these days!

Group buy on Xtreme bullets is the way to go.

I agree, I prefer Montana Gold and Precision Delta jacketed bullets (and Hornaday HAPs when I find them on sale). IMO they are a better bullet at such a slight premium price wise, I can't justify Berry's or Xtreme.

Montana Gold or Precision Delta for me. The only thing I use Berrys or Xtreme for is 30carbine. I can't find 30carbine jacketed cheaper than the plated, or i'd buy jacketed for that too.

I think my first order for 2000 ea. 115gr plated 9mm was like $115 everything included.

THAT WAS a pretty outstanding price, I don't think they are that low anymore.

I get my xtreme 9mm 115 gr for $34-- 500 count right off the shelf at Phillips Wholesale in Covina. Good pricing.
