In one of my load books it says "3031" as a powder choice and in another book it says "IMR 3031" Now I know some powders are very close in name but totally different. For example the IMR 4831 and the Hodgdon powder "4831' labeled as H4831. So are 3031 and IMR3031 the same? Thank you.
