I hate to tell you this, but its firstly illegal, and secondly too big of a liability for anyone to do it. On a good note, everyone is usually very willing to let you use their stuff and teach you how to use it. So, find someone in your area and see if they will help you out. I found two people who let me use their stuff, and I only had to buy the dies they didnt have.

I find it hard to believe that its illegal. Where are you getting that from?

I would guess the legality or non-legality would come from the gun control act of 1968. If you are manufacturing ammunition for profit, you need an FFL.
I'm working on the FFL part, but in the meantime, I would gladly show you how and let you use my presses. I don't have the dies so you would need to buy those.

Loading ammo for sale requires an 06 FFL per the BATFE.

Not to mention the question...how can you trust someone else's reloads??

Run through 3-4 iterations at $60-70 each; you'll have enough to get a good press, dies, a powder scale, and calipers.

I'm only smiling at you while you talk to me because it's hilarious that you really think I give a crap about you.

As I've gotten older I thought I was gaining patience, then I realized I simply don't give a crap.
