I don't think there is. All the .303 surplus seems to be corrosive. All the .303 that isn't surplus is at least $0.60 a round. Even wolf .303 is that expensive.
I think you just have to accept the corrosive ammo and clean well, or reload.The above does not constitute legal advice. I am not your lawyer.

At one time I bought a bunch of Greek 303 and it did not seem to be corrosive. I don't know if Greek is still on the market but there was non corrosive 303 surplus at one time. Look at all the usual places.
