45 ACP LOAD

Anybody have a load for 45acp AR rifle that they would like to share. I'm using 7gr powerpistol powder with 200gr bullet, and i'm getting alot of residue of powder, I'm using the same powder on my 9mm with 5.7gr powder and 124gr bullet and it stays clean. By the way the 9mm is also an AR rifle, both have 16in barrel.

Hello 510, yes I'm using a factory crimp on both the 9mm and 45 . Went to the range today and loaded some titegroup , no powder residue . 6gr on the TG

Try WST. Very clean burning.

AA #5 and true blue are also very clean powders... But the cleanest I have ever seen over a vast of different cartridges is solo 1000.

Try some Vihtavuori N320 one of these days. Very clean, very good 45 ACP powder. It's also appropriate for 9 MM.
