Not long ago, kylix.rd posted his work here on a DIY kinetic bullet puller. Read about it here:
After reloading about 250 rnds of .45acp last weekend, I had 6 rounds that didn't make the grade-missed a primer, coal too short, or got distracted by wife and wasn't sure about the powder charge.
So using kylix.rd's work as a guide, I built a "simplified" puller using the Lee shell holder, a modified 3/8" washer, some 3/4" pvc and galvanized iron pipe, and some duct tape. I say simplified because my version required a little less cutting and fitting of materials.
Here are the main parts. The only real work that had to be done was opening up the hole in the washer to fit around the Lee case holder (a 7/16" diameter hole worked for me) and hacksawing the slot opening so it would slide over the shell holder:

The shell holder was almost an exact fit inside a piece of sched 40 3/4" pvc pipe, the pipe required just a little bit of sanding on the ID to allow the shell holder to fit snugly inside:

I used galvanized iron piipe for the "handle" to give it some weight and rigidity, a short piece of 3/4" pvc pipe for the holder, and a 3/4" slip joing pvc tee for the hammer head. Put it all together, and keep the shell holder in place with a piece of duct tape, and it's read to go:

Works great, and building it was a snap.
