New to reloading, any good places to buy primers and powder, pretty much reloading supplies in Southern California specifically near Orange County?

Fowlers over in Orange has just about everything you need. Price wise the interweb is the best place to go. I found Fowlers to be on par with my guy up here in Santa Barbara price wise.
As far as powders just remember you pay hazardous shipping from the internet so what ever brownells or your prefered site has posted tack on and additional 20.00. Unless noted they dont charge it. -

If you buy 5 or 10k primers at one time plus 8+ pounds of powder, it's worth it to order online.
I know they have to make a profit but local stores charge 50 to 100% more, plus you gotta drive there, hope it's in stock, and deal with ishytt personnel.
The only thing is someone has to be there to sign for the package, they won't leave it at the door, at least from grafs.
someplace just had wolf SRP for $14/k...probably be around $40 localComment

Wait for the deals. No hazmat and no shipping deals. I got powder and primers with no extra charge. Try getting 5,000 primers for 72 dollars or powder for 10/lb locally.Comment

Checked out graf's online and looks pretty good! Phillips wholesale I can go and drive to in the near future. The Stockade has pretty good deals from what I saw over the weekend and their powders are around $20-$25 per lb. We ended up buying a box of 500 bullets of "Extreme" 45 ACP FMJ 230gr for $60, just to load range ammo.Comment
