What is the minimum length of the 223-5.56 case that you can use. I have cases that are 1.732 all the way up to 1.762 this is once fired. It said to trim to 1.750 will any thing under that be ok to use??

You'll be fine. If there is enough neck to hold a bullet you're ok. Many brands of brass come out short after the first firing. Just keep trimming them to 1.750 -
