EDM is the only one I know about at this time and they sell to their customers first (read only, as it is scarce). There has been talk of someone taking over Lost River Ballistics, but nothing confirmed for 4 months.
This would be the thread to watch for info:
BTW, because of LRB demise I went for .338 LM instead of .408 Chey-Tac. You may be able to get components from Chey-Tac.sigpic -
You can still get loaded .408CT ammo from Cheytac or one of their dealers (Knesek), but you're better off handloading this round in the first place. I use brass from a batch of Bertram made to .408 specs for EDM and LRBT 419s I got through Cheytac last year. The components are still not available in the volume like other rounds though and yes, they're expensive. Agreed, the .338LM is better suited for the average long range shooter. Everything about that cartridge is available in higher volume, but the simple fact is if you're going to shoot past 1500m you're better off with a .408 or 375/408.--BrandoComment

Get it from Jamison International, they're in S.Dakota.50 BMG Shooters http://50-bmg.com/forum/index.phpComment

You can order loaded ammo directly from Cheytac if they'll answer the phone, otherwise call Knesek Guns in Arkansas. They have it in stock in 20 and 198 round lots. It's pricey and if you have a .408 rifle you should be handloading in the first place.--BrandoComment
