Issues with RCBS 5-0-5 scale.

It did not balance and needed the extra ballast because the removeable pan was missing the handle tap......you compensated for the lost tab with the extra weight you put in. When you get the new pan (RCBS will probably send you one for free) you will end up removing the weight you added to get it to balance again.
