Hi-Tech pistol powder?

Hey I am planning on grabbing 2) 8lb jugs of powder from Hi-Tech ammo, and have had good luck with all the projectiles from them thus far.

I would like to get some powder for 9mm, but I have no idea if any of what they sell is kosher for that... I see they sell pulled 9mm projectiles, but which is the pulled pistol powder?

I have only used Unique thus far, and looked up some of the powders they sell, but I am at a loss as to what brand/model/package is 9mm kosher, and not for rifle...

Please advise.

I don't see any pull down pistol powder as of today (9/24).
I've seen "Russian Unique" there or somewhere else and that would have been good for you since you are familiar with Unique loads.

Looks like you're out of luck. Have you tried calling them? They may have something available.

I have tried e-mailing them, but it appears (as almost all firearm related ANYTHING, especially local gun shops) they have an overactive spam filter.

I have been looking off-and-on for pulled pistol powder.

I still can't seem to find any for sale...

Anyone have a link to some for sale?

A quick search says that the Russian "Unique" powder is called SALUT. Doesn't look like anyone carries it anymore. It was going for as little as $80/8#. I just bought an 8# jug of "real" Unique last month at Sportsman's Warehouse locally for $115 during their no tax weekend. For $35 more and no hazmat or shipping costs, it was worth it.

Did you use their online contact form or tried calling them? I've heard good reviews of what they sell, but also that they are not always lightning fast in response.
