Difference Between Light Handicap vs. Light Target?

light handicap is a faster load..probably about 1200 fps. full handicap loads will be at about 1300 fps with a 1-1/8 oz load I think. shooting handicap means you are standing farther back from the line so you need some oomph to catch up to your birds without having to lead the target excessively.
light target is just that, slower and lighter recoil (maybe 1140-1150 fps).
