looking for bulk Federal Target Load for trap

anyone know where I can find this in bulk? I've searched the net and cannot seem to locate any. I'm specifically looking for Federal Target Load (blue box) 12GA, 2 3/4", #8 shot, 1oz.

    Thanks!

Try Cabela's. They had a good deal on it last time I checked.

Not sure about the blue box, but Wal-Mart has value packs of Federal or Winchester 12Ga, 2 3/4, #8 shot, 100 rounds for around $30. Best value around.

Wal Mart has the blue Federal boxes but they call them "Game Loads". They are $5 for a box of 25, so it is actually cheaper than their 100-ct trap boxes. I guess that is because they have 1 oz of lead instead of the traditional 1-1/8 oz.

My local Walmart has the Federal "Top-gun" loads $5.50/25. They're on the same shelf as the Remy Gun Clubs and Winchester AAs. They never get a whole lot in, but I see them every other week or so and always buy all they have, usually 250-300 shells. Never know what you'll fin 7.5s or 8s, sometimes a few boxes of each, I shoot both so it doesn't bother me either way.

The 100 round packs are a bit more expensive, and a bit easier to hit a clay with as they have 1/8 ounce more lead, but the Top-guns are my go-to for clay shooting.

Cabelas has the Top-guns for abut the same price as Walmart, and Estates, which are also quite good for a little less.

Checked my stash, and there is a difference between the Game Load and Top-guns. The Game Load is a bit faster, probably due to a slightly larger charge.

The 1 oz target loads go 1180fps compared to the same size game load at 1290fps.

Didn't even notice that box was 1 1/8 oz loads. You are correct, the 1oz are a bit faster than the 1 1/8, though still slower than the Game Loads.

Wow, which Walmarts are you going to? I was just at the one in Milpitas yesterday and the 100-round boxes are going for $24. $30 seems a little high.
